La Flatteuse – Brut Rosé is inspired by the fable ‘The Raven and the Fox’. This salmon-coloured Rosé blend pays tribute to the refined gastronomic spirit of the 19th century.
You and your guests will appreciate its fruity finesse, freshness and lightness. The three emblematic grape varieties of Champagne are present in this Cuvée: 42% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Meunier and 26% Pinot Noir.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 48 % Chardonnay, 28 % Pinot Noir, 24 % Pinot Meunier.
HARVEST YEARS: 2013 and reserve 2012.
ORIGIN: 7 villages in the Marne Valley.
CHARACTERISTICS: Bright, brilliant, fruity.
VINIFICATION: Rosé ‘assemblage’ with 7% red wine made from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified in oak barrels.
AGEING: 4 to 5 years in the cellar.
AVAILABLE FORMAT: Bottle (750 ml).
FOOD & WINE PAIRING: this Champagne is the perfect companion for an aperitif. You can also enjoy it with red meat, such as a duck breast, or with dessert.: Duck breast, rhubarb pie or wild berry zabaglione.
