This 100% Chardonnay is delicious, round and mature, and will make your taste buds quiver with pleasure.
GRAPE VARIETIES : 100 % Chardonnay.
HARVEST YEARS : 2013 and 2012 reserve.
ORIGIN: 2 villages in the Marne Valley.
CHARACTERISTICS: Ethereal, crystalline, pure.
VINIFICATION: All the aromas of Chardonnay are expressed in this Champagne. The subtlety and delicacy of this Cuvée is revealed through vinification in steel vats.
AGING: 5 to 6 years in the cellar.
AVAILABLE FORMAT: Bottle (750 ml).
FOOD & WINE PAIRING: this Blanc de Blancs is a perfect match for a fillet of sea bass in white wine or salt crust, seafood, shellfish or oysters.
